Blue. I love blue. But I have read Delirium, then i realized.. I prefer the ocean when it's gray. Or not really gray. A pale, in-between color. It reminds me of waiting for something good to happen. :)
Filipino-born artist Noel Cruz restyles dolls into gorgeous echoes of famous people and characters. His skill has brought him great acclaim - the Princess Diana doll above sold for over $1,600 in March!
This man has a real talent.
There are two kinds of smart. The by-the-book smart and the Street smart; The latter can make it through life even without finishing proper education and takes risks because they have nothing to lose, while the former can’t. The by-the-book-smart may be educational achievers, cumlaudes and whatnot, but they do not necessarily take risks and can’t do things from square one because of a few things:
1. They follow a certain code; because of their achievements, they refuse to work from the bottom and work their way up.
2. Their pride is stronger than an atomic bomb.
3. They live their lives through peoples expectations.
4. They are in fear of failing so when they fail, they break down.
I’m not saying that education isn’t important, heck it’s the foundation of what you become in the future. Get educated as soon as you can. But do not end up as someone who has got it all but lacks street smarts. Be both if possible. Be flexible. This society, this world, is a war-zone. Often times, those who have failed again and again during the course of their life make the right decisions. Take risks. Grab opportunities. Talk to people. Have an adventure.

Now I know why Twitter is great. There, you can scream your sickest rant ever using 160 characters and run away innocent because after 5 minutes, your words will be buried by hundreds of tweets and not a single feeling of guilt or remorse will remain in your heart. The anonimity and ephemeral nature of Twitter is appealing to people because Facebook, on the opposite end, requires too much filtering, face-saving and gate-keeping in making a sensible post. If your FB post doesn’t make sense, people will judge you even if you don’t need their judgment in the first place. On Twitter, you can throw words like missiles and let them explode and people are so nonchalant about it. On FB, even a single sad face needs an essay of explaining from friends. Hahahahaha
If you are a one-liner, silent type, Twitter is for you. But if you are an attention-seeker, FB and Instragram would work best.
